Image File ResolutionWe will redraw your logo file during production to ensure quality - a free service we provide after your approval of the proof.
Emailing Your Logo FileIf your logo file is too large (greater than 2MB) then please email your artwork file to art@silkletter.com after your order is placed. Our Art Team will contact you once your order is placed with instructions to upload your artwork. Or, you can just reply to the order confirmation email and attach your art file to the reply email.
Order Virtual ProofA virtual proof will be emailed to you within the hour and we will not start production until you receive and approve of your proof.
